2003 Metro Phoenix Street Atlas Has Latest Updates PHOENIX - Every year there are thousands of changes to maps of the metropolitan Phoenix area. These include new sections of the freeways; new subdivisions with hundreds of new streets; name changes; new parks, golf courses, shopping centers, fire stations, post offices, stadiums and more.
