Collins, Grand Junction, & Pueblo. This topographic full color state map has elevation contours each 1,000 feet (color shading each 2,000 feet) to portray the general geography. Also shown are National Forests or Grasslands; wilderness area boundaries; National Wildlife Refuges; National Park, Monument, Recreation Area; or Historic Site; State Park or Recreation Area; State Wildlife Area; county line; Native American reservation; military base; commercial airports; campgrounds for National Parks, Forest Service, BLM, other U.S. government entities, and other entities; picnic grounds; other recreation sites; rest areas; ski areas; mining districts; and points of interest; mountain peaks and other prominent physiographic features; regional physiographic features; lakes, reservoirs, rivers, and streams; and cities and towns are classified by 2000 Census population sizes.
