Man Ray, artist William Wegman's stunning weimaraner, was called "the Charlie Chaplin of dog photography" by The New York Times and "the ideal post-modern photographer's model" by New York magazine. In Wegman's beautiful, vibrantly colored Polaroid photographs, Man Ray dresses as Louis XIV, imitates a bat, poses as Picasso's Old Guitarist, and is variously covered with baby powder, flowers, zebra-print fabric, and tinsel.
