ARMLS Special Edition Street Atlas
The latest edition of the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service Special Edition Street Atlas is now available, and it's bigger and better than ever. This atlas has maps that are more than 60% larger scale (size) than a typical street map. Larger scale maps mean larger print for people who use street maps every day or for anyone needing a full-detail set of maps covering the entire metropolitan area that are just easier to read and easier to use. The ARMLS Special Edition Street Atlas is based on the Phoenix Metropolitan Professional Edition Street Atlas, which is popularly referred to as the "Yellow One" for its bright yellow cover. It has all the advantages of the Professional Edition with important features that no other Phoenix area street maps have: coverage of metropolitan Pinal County, Tax Assessor numbers and boundaries plus MLS grid numbers and boundaries on each map page, the entire atlas on a CD-ROM, and fold out maps for both the entire MLS grid and metropolitan area hazards and warnings. Combine these with easy-to-read enlargement pages for many densely populated areas and a unique innovative set of peel-and-stick map page tabs for use in marking your most used pages for easy opening, and you have an assest that can't be missed!
As with the original Yellow1, the ARMLS Special Edition includes extra map pages show Metro Area ZIP Code zones, School District zones, Freeway/Expressway System, ASU campus, Sky Harbor International Airport, downtown Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, and Phoenix Central Coridor. Special maps detailing the Surprise/Luke Notification area and Historic Urban Areas are also included, all with updated information.
As an added bonus, the atlas includes a free CD-ROM that brings all of these maps to your computer including the comprehensive street index in an easy-to-use format. Users can easily toggle between maps with or without MLS and Tax Assessor overlays.
